You will have achievable caseload to prevent burnout and provide services across a mix of settings including homes, schools, and the local community throughout the Lithgow region, with some clients potentially located in Bathurst. This is an ideal role for a Speech Pathologist with at least 1 year of experience who enjoys autonomy in their day, while still feeling connected to a broader team. Although the wider business operates from Sydney, you will have flexibility to work largely from home when completing reports and admin, while still receiving strong clinical and operational support. Duties include Delivering high-quality Speech Pathology services to paediatric NDIS and private clients Managing a caseload of approximately 25-30 clients Providing therapy across homes, schools and community settings throughout Lithgow and surrounding areas Completing report writing and administrative tasks from home Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners Support available You’ll be well supported in this role, with access to both internal and external supervision options. The team has a Clinical Director who can provide internal clinical support, and external supervision can also be arranged where needed. While there is no dedicated admin team based locally in the region, you will still have full admin support from the wider business, along with regular check-ins and team catch-ups via Teams.
